The Cantobox production line has been specially developed to produce our gorgeous Cantoboxes. This production line includes different stations executing the various processes.
Our grooving machine equips the laminated greyboard with deep V-shaped grooves. The greyboard is then fed into the Cantobox production line, which takes care of the following processes in a single machine run:
- The corners are meticulously die-cut into the greyboard using computer-controlled knives.
- Glue is applied in the grooves at the corners.
- The next station folds the four sides together.
- As the box exits the machine, the glue dries, resulting in a ready-to-use box.
Moeskops was one of the co-developers of this machine, and is currently the only one using it. Please visit the special Cantobox website for more information.
One machine station cuts the excess material in the corners away with computer-controlled knives. Glue is then carefully applied to the grooves in the corners. The next station carefully folds the four sides together. As the box exits the machine, the glue dries, resulting in a ready-to-use Cantobox.
